The Church Hall
The Church Hall is situated in Morton Carr Lane, Nunthorpe, not far from the station

The Church Hall is used for many church and affiliated group functions, and committee meetings, as well as a Sunday morning family service on most weekends.

The Hall makes an ideal venue for Private Functions, such as Birthday or Anniversary Parties, Concerts, Dances, Wedding Receptions or Fundraising Events.

Facilities available for hire at the Church Hall include:

Main Hall: 40ft x 40ft with a sprung maple floor and dimmable lights.
Stage: 40ft x 30ft, with front main curtains and lighting, with additional curtains available.
Refreshment Area
: (off the Main Hall): 20ft x 11ft, with hatch to kitchen.
Supper Room: 40ft x 20ft, accessed from the Main Hall and giving access to the kitchen and the stage.
The Supper Room may be subdivided into two smaller rooms with sliding wooden doors.
Kitchen: Equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave oven and water boiler.
Toilets: Separate Male and Female toilets and a unisex wheelchair enabled toilet with baby changing facility.
Car Park: Floodlit, with marked spaces for 38 cars.

The premises is Licensed for Public Entertainment.

Bookings on a Saturday Night must finish no later than 11pm, with the hall cleared and cleaned by 11.30pm. Full terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of booking.

Current Hire Rates (2009/10):
Whole building, excluding access to Chapel & Vestry - £25.00 per hour.
Supper Room & Kitchen only - £23 per hour

Hall-Chapel Hall Chapel

The Chapel is used for worship, prayer meetings and quiet contemplation.

It should not be used for any other purpose.

The Vestry may only be used by prior arrangement with the Hall Management Committee.

There is also a large, well equipped stage, used principally by the Nunthorpe Players, but which may be used by prior arrangement with the Hall Management Committee. The Nunthorpe Players are willing to assist stage users with the stage lighting, drapes and sound, if requested.

The auditorium will seat 180, with seats set out in rows
