Music at St Mary's

Music is regarded at St Mary's as an integral and spiritually uplifting part of all worship in Church.

The Parish Church also provides a fine setting, both visually and acoustically for concerts.

St Mary's Festival Choir

A twent strong choir, under the guidance of Alison Appleyard, accompanied by her husband Tim, playing the organ, practise on Sunday early evening to provide anthems for church festivals and special occasions.

New Memebers are always welcome.

The Festival Choir is also available for Weddings and Funerals at St Mary's or other local Churches, including St Mary's Roman Catholic Cathedral, Middlesbrough (Coulby Newham).
