The Church Hall Facilities

The Church Hall is situated in Morton Carr Lane, Nunthorpe,TS7 0JU, not far from the station. 

The Church Hall is used for many church and community groups, and committee meetings, as well as regular services.

The Hall makes an ideal venue for private functions, such as birthday or anniversary parties, concerts, dances, wedding receptions or fundraising events.

The Hall is wheelchair accessible from the carpark, with permanent ramped access at the front door.

There is gently slopping access to the hall, from marked disabled spaces in the adjoining carpark.

Facilities available for hire at the Church Hall include:

Main Hall
The main hall is 40ft x 40ft with a sprung maple floor and dimmable lights. One hundred red upholstered chairs are available for seating, with a further supply of sixty orange plastic chairs available, upon request. Twenty folding tables, seating three on either side, are also available, as well as a number of smaller tables.
Stage
The stage is 40ft x 30ft, with front main curtains and lighting, with additional curtains available. This may be used, but since the stage is used extensively by the Nunthorpe Players for productions, then there will need to be some negotiation with them as to its availability. If requested, they may be able to help with lighting and sound, as well as drapes and staging.
Kitchen
A large well equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave oven, plate warmer, dishwasher and water boiler. There is also a service hatch to the main hall. The kitchen is suitable for the preparation of food, having separate hand-washing facilities and easy clean surfaces.,
Supper Room
The Supper room (side room), measures 40ft x 20ft, with accessed from the Main Hall and giving access to the kitchen and the stage. The Supper Room may be subdivided into two smaller rooms with sliding wooden doors, each part having separate access from the main hall.

The Chapel The Chapel is used for worship, prayer meetings and quiet contemplation. The Parish Office / Vestry The Parish Office/Vestry is situated beyond the Chapel Neither room is available for hire.

Toilets

There are separate Male and Female toilets and a unisex wheelchair enabled toilet with baby changing facility. These are accessed from the foyer.

Car Park

The car park is floodlit, with marked spaces for 38 cars, with some marked disabled spaces.
